"Had a lightening strike hit my pump on a Saturday. I had no idea about whom to call for help.I googled "well service" and Harvey's came up on the search.I left an email on the site and to be on the safe side decided to call as well. Much to my surprise the call was answered.The guy at the other end of the call (Shane) said that the phone was answered 7 days a week. I explained my situation and he quickly informed me that he would be at my house at 8am Sunday morning to take a look at the damage and repair it if possible.I accepted his appointment and shortly after hanging up with him,the owner of the company called in response to my email submission. I was stunned that on a Saturday night that they could be this responsive to their customers....Shane showed up Sunday morning as scheduled and quickly assessed the situation and replaced the pump and other electrical parts to restore my water.....This is the ONLY company you should ever deal with when it comes to your well service needs...Thanks Harvey Drilling for "Old School" customer service !!!"

"A huge Thank You to all at Harvey Drilling for the response you gave my family in our time of need. Our well had seen its better days and as they say when it rains it pours! It finally collapsed a week or so before the October 2018 hurricane hit South Georgia. With problems of their own, Harvey’s still managed to complete our well only days after the storm, keeping the customer their first priority. Never had a well perform better!! Thank You"
